(2) Sarah Dain of Stockport in Cheshire and Dorothy Dain of Chapel en le Frith, spinsters, daughters and co-heiresses of Ralph Dain of Allstone Lee, Combs, who died intestate and sisters of Henry Dain (only son of Ralph) who died as an infant
(3) Henry Bagshawe of Chapel en le Frith, innkeeper
(4) John Slater of Fairfield [i.e. Fairfield in Manchester, not near Buxton], chapman
(5) William Lingard, yeoman
Property: lands in Allstone Lee including pieces known as The Carr, The Further Low Flat and The Nearer Low Flat, containing 8 acres 2 roods and 26 perches.
Dated 31 Mar 1796.

The bottom of the deed contains a schedule, citing:
Feoffment dated 6 Apr 1659 between (1) George Parker esquire of Leek, Staffordshire and Ralph Bagnold of Oucott, Staffordshire; (Henry Deane the younger of Allstone Lee, husbandman
Release dated 30 May 1659 from Barbara Bagshaw of Ridge [The Ridge, Chapel en le Frith], widow of Thomas Bagshawe, Henry Bagshawe their son, to Henry Deane the younger of Allstone Lee, husbandman
Release dated 18 Dec 1659 from Richard Levinge esquire of Leek, Staffordshire, William Parker of Park Hall, Staffordshire, gentleman, William Turner of Derby, gentleman, Gilbert Ward of Derby, gentleman, to Henry Deane the younger of Allstone Lee (see D1319/T/5)
