Title	Probate copy of will of Charles Warton made, 2 October 1773 leaving house and lands in Ashover Upper End except the parlour and stable to his wife Mary, for life and then to their son William and his heirs - after the death of his wife £20 to son James; one guinea each to his sons Charles and John and daughter Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah and Rose - the parlour and stable to daughter Hellin for life, remainder to William - if William dies without heirs his share of the property to go to James and his heirs, 21 Apr.
