Parcels by various hands to lsaac Wilkinson of Chesterfield, merchant; sold to Charles Vernon of Lichfield 1789; sold to Benjamin Wyatt of Sutton Coldfield, architect, 1808; sold to John Gilbert of Derby, surgeon, 1810; mortgage to Wyatt, 1810, assigned to Powell 1819; mortgage to Craddock 1833; Gilbert family settlement in part exchange for interest in houses in Darley Lane, Derby, 1833; certified extract from inclosure award with plans 1838; certificate of sale of part by Borough of Chesterfield to Wilkinson, 1839; mortgages assigned 1839; Heights of Abraham sold to Petchell, Atkinson and others 1839; Atkinson share mortgaged and sold 1859; whole by mortgages and sales to Robert Chadwick; mortgaged 1866 and 1878; part reconveyed and redeemed 1882; covenants and release of covenants 1862-1864.
