Photocopy Probate of Richard Talbott of Riley, yeoman (blacksmith) - all his estate to his wife, Catherine Talbott if she does not remarry but if she shall remarry to have a third part only - to his eldest son Robert Talbott, the heifer, called Buxton Heifer - to his son George Talbott to Smithy shop, paying Robert £5 on the day of his marriage - if George should die, the smithy shop to go to his third son Jonathan - if all his sons die his estate to be divided equally between Jonathan Harristone of Ashton under Lyne, Lancashire and Joseph Bramhall of Riley and if Joseph dies, his share to be divided among the poor of Eyam - William Mompesson - rector of Eyam to be executor (will dated Jul 1666), proved at Chesterfield 24 Apr 1667
