Request by the Derby Committee that Francis Mundy esq., and William Woolley, esq, both of the commission of the peace, Robert Willmott, esq, a learned barrister, Edward Pegg, gent, an honest and able attorney at law, whose parts and breeding enable them to assist in the public service more than ordinarily, Gervase Bennitt* and John Bennitt* and John Dalton two honest and able burgesses of Derby, whose presence may help to clear and preserve the immunities and privileges of the borough, be added to the committee.
