Title	Appointment by Elizabeth, wife of James Bradley of Brampton, chemical manufacturer - reciting the will of Thomas Tyson of Brampton chemical manufacturer, bequeathing all his real and personal estate to the use of his wife Elizabeth Tyson for her life, and then to his daughter, they said Elizabeth Bradley, to such uses as she should appoint - and reciting that Thomas Tyson died on 9 March 1866 and that Elizabeth Tyson his wife dies on 8 July 1872 - of all the real and personal estates late of Thomas Tyson, to the use of the said James Bradley.
