DescriptionAt the front are
1) Minutes of the meeting on 13 Jul 1818 which resolved that the building of a church or chapel of ease at Ripley was necessary, giving the reasons for this, citing population, with probable reference to the Pentrich Rebellion and appointing a committee to carry out the object of the meeting
2) Account of the steps by which consent and finance was obtained, the church built, dedicated and consecrated (27 Jul 1821)
3) Account of endowments, lists of private pews, subscribers, goods and ornaments of the church
4) Final accounts and financial arrangements relating to establishment of the church
5) Minutes of meeting 7 Nov 1818 to constitute a society called The Ripley Society for the education of the poor in the principles of the established church with the object of establishing a daily school, with account of union with the National Society, financing and building of the school as a daily and Sunday School
