Description
Further to a deed between John Waterhouse and Thomas Marriott (1710) concerning the division of their parts of the commons within the hamlet of Kinder, in Bowden Middlecale, wherein it was agreed that neither party should dispose of their share of the commons without the consent of the other from now it may be lawful for them to dispose of their shares of such part of the commons as have been enclosed and the remaining unenclosed portions to be held in common. Because Thomas Marriott has not yet enclosed so much of his share of the commons as to make his share equal with the others, he may enclose 1½ acres at any time hereafter. 24 Mar 1735/6
