Title
Assignment of lease by Thomas Waterhouse of Sprayhouse within Great Hamlet, yeoman (eldest son, heir and administrator of Thomas Waterhouse, deceased) to John Hague of London, gent. Further to a lease by Thomas Eyre of Rowtor, esq to Thomas Waterhouse in 1714/5 of a parcel of common in Great Hamlet, known as the Knarrs, being at Stonepit Yate at the top of the Knarrs, going to Double Dyke and thence to Abbots Chair (10 acres), for 999 years at 20s a year and assignment by Waterhouse and others to Thomas Boar of Tortop, clothier (1723) of a moiety of the said common, for the remainder of the term, at 10s a year, with assignment in consideration of £45,of the other moiety of the moiety of the Knarrs, for the remainder of the term, at 10s a year. 3 Nov
