Release to follow lease by Samuel Daniel and others to John Hague of Manchester, Lancashire, merchant in consideration of £1100, of premise at Hayfield and Phoside (as above), with assignment of leasehold premises in Hayfield a plot of land to erect a dwelling house (11 yards x 6 ½ yards) lying between Gamaliel Hyde's house end and Ellen Didsbury's house end, in Hayfield, with liberty to pass through the Croft to the brook (Waterhouse having erected a valuable house on the plot) and a stable adjoining Waterhouse's house, for the residue of terms of 999 years and 31 years. 11 Jul
