Title
Feoffment by Robert Kirke of Edale, yeoman, to Samuel Waterhouse of Hayfield, yeoman, in consideration of £95, of a messuage or farm at Smith Fold near Hayfield, known as Bennetts Tenement, with Stone Shee Close, the Meadow and a moiety of the fold called Smith Fold (4a by forest measure) with a pew for one person at the south end of Kirke's in the gallery of Hayfield Chapel subject to a rentcharge of 40s a year to the Chapel wardens of Hayfield for the poor of Great Hamlet, Phoside and Kinder, and of 20s a year to Robert Bradbury the younger, of Coldharbour for life payable under the will of John Bennett of Bakewell, ironmonger.
