Title
Deed of exchange between Rev R R Ward and Rev W Hurd by which Ward conveys to Hurd Stoney Croft and the Plantation 3 acres 1 rood 9 perches in Kniveton in exchange for three closes called Wood Knoll, Long Croft and the Nursery 3 acres 3 roods 9 perches in Kniveton. Note on the back that the Plantation was in fact part of the estate of William Hurd and never part of Mr Ward's estate; this was a mistake 17 May
