Title
Lease and release by Robert Toplis the younger of Wirksworth, tanner, to Michael Burton of Wirksworth, Esq in consideration of £720, of a seventh part (ie three seventh parts of a third part) of the manor of Dethick etc. with a seventh of Dethick Hall and the chapel, with all lands etc. and of messuages and land at Dethick and Lea in the tenures of Thomas Slater, Joshua Killiare, Henry Gregory, William Alsopp, Henry Flint and Robert Alleyne, with a seventh of 2 later grist mills called Dethick Milnes or Lea Milnes, of the tolls for grinding grain and making gretts and oatmeal, and of all manner of tithes
