Deed to declare the uses of a fine levied by Henry Wigley of Wigwell, Esq and Mary his wife, Gilbert Mundy of Allestree and Mary his wife, Gervas Disney of Nottingham and Rebecca his wife, John Toplis of Wirksworth, tanner and Mary his wife, and Rebecca Mellor of Idridgehay, spinster, to Sir John Gell of Hopton, Bart and William Mundy of Darley next Derby, Esq of five sevenths of a third part of the manor and lordship of Dethick and Lea

Reciting that Gilbert Mundy and Mary his wife are entitled to the reversion of one seventh, expectant upon the death of Sarah Mellor, widow, and have sold the same to Toplis for £147 - Gell and Mundy to stand seised to the premises upon trusts, viz one seventh to the use of Wigley, one seventh, to the use of Disney, one seventh to the use of Rebecca Mellor and two sevenths to the use of Toplis
