Reciting bargain and sale by Henry Earl of Kent and Elizabeth his wife, to Allestrey and Buxton (1633) of (among other things) a mill at Lea called Lea Nether Milne, in the occupation of Wenesley Blackwall (father of Thomas) and reciting assurance of the mill by Thomas Babington to Allestrey and Buxton and reciting conveyance of the mill by William Ashford and Jane his wife to Allestrey and Buxton (1633/4) in trust for George Spateman and others in pursuance of the trust and on the director of Spateman and others, of the said mill at Lea
