Centred on: SK328580 Notes: estate map 746 acres, showing closes with reference numbers: house with 3 storeys and 3 gables, chapel, dovecote, outbuildings, 2 water mills, all red roof, in distinctive perspective: lanes with continuous and dotted lines, woods, stream, stone bridge, boundary marks: table of 36 closes with areas: compass indicator embodied within arms of dividers surmounting scale rule: strapping decoration for title cartouche and reference table.

Custodial HistoryJohn Smedley Ltd, Lea Mills presented this plan to Walter Holder, an accountant and later director of the company, when he retired. Following his death in 1974, the plan was passed down through the family and framed. Following this, it left Derbyshire for London, then moving to West Yorkshire and finally to Devon. The plan was donated to Derbyshire Record Office by a member of the public in April, 2026.
