that part of Gregory's farm called the Long and Nether Parks is situated in the township of Tansley, Dethick and Lea by in the parish of Ashover as is the rest of the farm except the five Oakengreaves which are in Matlock - the farm is injured until the two fields have been fallowed and laid down with proper grass seed - Lomas's conduct is similarly deserving of punishment'. 10 Jun
