Title
Lease and release by Thomas Denman the elder one of His Majesty's common counsel and common serjeant of the city of London, and Thomas Denman the younger (eldest son and heir apparent) to John Coverdale of Grays Inn, esq., for barring estates tail reciting D1085 A/T 13-14) and Newton Grange (as D1085 A/T 19-20), to the intent that Coverdale may be created tenant to the precipe for suffering a recovery by William Hunter Baillie of Duntesbourne [Duntisbourne] Abbots (Gloucestershire), esq and Rev John Dymoke, rector of Scrivelsby with Dalberby [Dalderby] (Lincolnshire) for life with remainder to Thomas Denman the younger or life, and after his death to the intent that Georgiana his wife (daughter of Rev Thomas Roe of Kirkby upon Bain (Lincolnshire) dec'd) may receive an annuity £150 for life, and subject to the said annuity, to the eldest son of the body of Thomas, in tail male etc, Aug
