TitleSettlement following the marriage of Thomas Denman and Elizabeth his wife and for making provision for Theodosia Ann, wife of his only son Thomas Denman, whereby Denman conveys to Matthew Baillie of Lower Grosvenor St (Middlesex), doctor of Physic and Richard Croft of Old Burlington Street (Middlesex) esq., the farmhouse known as Hanson Grange with closes etc. (208 acres) as D1085 A/T13-14) and closes at Newton Grange (as D1085 T19-20) upon trust to the use of Denman for life and after his death to the use of Richard William Vevers of the Inner Temple and Lancelot Shadwell the younger of Lincoln's Inn esq. for a term of 100 years upon trusts and then to the use of Thomas Denman the younger for life with remainder to all the sons of his body successively and for default of male issue, to the daughters of his body to be equally divided in tail male - the term of 100 years upon trust that if Elizabeth Denman shall survive Thomas, Vevers and Shadwell to raise money upon the estate and pay Elizabeth an annuity of £200 for life, and in case Theodosia Ann shall survive Thomas Denman the younger, to pay her an annuity of £200 for life, Jan
