Bargain and sale by Daniel Parker Coke of Derby esq., Abraham Hoskins of Burton on Trent, gent, and John Fowler of Burton on Trent, gent. (devisees in trust and executors under the will of Sir Edward Every dec'd.) to Thomas Denman of Old Burlington St (Middlesex), doctor of physic - reciting D1085 A/T15-16 - and reciting the will of Sir Edward Every whereby he devised Hanson Grange to Coke and others upon trust to sell the premises and apply the money to paying the mortgage due on the premises and to paying his debts and legacies - and reciting decree of Chancery (1788) that Every's debts should be paid out of his personal estate and if that was not sufficient, the remainder should be raised by the sale of the estates devised to Coke and others - and whereas the personal estate was found to be insufficient and notice of sale was given in the London Gazette and Denman bid for Hanson Grange als.
