Abstract of a deed dated 6 Jun 1735 relating to land belonging to Phebe Walker, relict of John Walker. The land consists of: Grange/ Moore Close near Breadsall Moor; Dunmoor Close; Overhouse Yard; Sheep Gapps; 2 acres of meadow; and 10 acres of land in several other fields; all in Breadsall

The abstract also recites receipts dated: 16 Dec 1763; 13 Jul 1764; 9 Jul 1765; 17 Jun 1766; and 9 Jul 1783; all indorsed by the by the deed of 6 Jun 1735.
