Title
Memorandum by John Alsop, barmaster, that William and Charles Milnes have been put into possession of four meers of ground from an old shaft in Sarah Hadfield Close ranging south east to possessions of Samuel and Joseph Heathcote, and also into possession of six meers of ground at Hack Wood and eleven meers of ground from the last mentioned old shaft to an elder tree growing by the north wall of the churchyard (27 Jun) and also into possession of seven meers of ground in a field adjoining Hardworth Lane, Elton (17 Jul)
