Gift by William Myrfyn, clerk, to Katerine, wife of John de Spynkhill of Kynwalmershe, of all the lands etc in Kynwaldmershe which he had of the gift of Thomas, son of Richard de Chanons of Nottingham, for her life and after her death to Alexander Atkyn in tail general, with, for want of heirs, remainder to the right heirs of William de Kynwalmersh, clerk.
