Gift by William de Romeley, son and heir of Giles de Romeley, to Robert de Romeley his brother, of a messuage etc in Kynwaldmersche, lying between the tenement of Ralf Mylner to the east and a cottage once held by Beatrice de Treton on the west, butting on the highway north, with 1 acre arable that is 3 roods upon a furlong called le Stubbynge and 1 rood at le Karsyke, rent 3s a year for all secular services save foreign service. Witnesses; William Warde, John atte Kyrke etc. Dated at Kynwaldmersche, Monday after Hilary, 28 Ed III [19 Jan 1355]
