Title
Lease by Fraunces Leek of Sutton in le Dale, esq to Peter Frechvile of Staveley, esq, of his title to the tenth part of pannage arising yearly from the park and other foreign woods of Staveley, by means of serveral grants by Hasculf Musard and Rauff Musard to the late abbey of Welbeck, and also his right to pasture in a wood called Westwood and in any other foreign wood within the lordship of Staveley, for 50 years at 10s a year. 20 Jan 35 Hy VIII [1544]
