Letter of Edward III to Thomas de Ingelby and William de Burgh, justices of assize for Derbyshire, re a case of novel disseisin brought by Welbeck Abbey against Thomas son of Gilbert de Bollesover, [Bolsover] Richard Mariory of Bollesover and John Tasker of Bollesover concerning a tenement in Dukmanton, including a plot of 1 acre alleged to be parcel of the royal manor of Bollesover which is in the custody of Thomas and Richard.
