Title
Quitclaim by Richard Beverage of Sutton in Dal [Sutton Scarsdale] to Welbeck Abbey, of all his title etc to common of pasture in a plot of land lying between the stream of Calehale [Calow] and Polesbroc [Poolsbrook], which land Robert de Harestan gave to the abbey by fine in 10 Hy III [1225-6] before Hugh, Bishop of Lincoln, Stephen de Segrave, Robert de Lessington, William son of Warin and William Basset, at Nottingham and which common of pasture he exacted from the abbey by writ of disseisin in 18 Ed I [1289-90].
