Title	Gift by Richard de Winerton to Welbeck Abbey of all his land at Ducmanton [Duckmanton], in consideration of 49 marks [32 -13-4d] paid to him by Geoffrey son of Peter, rent 1/2 mark a year for all services save foreign service. If he cannot warrant the land to the abbey, he will give equivalent land from his estate of Wisigebi [? Wigsley] [?] in exchange. Witnesses: Ralf Murdach, sheriff of Nottingham, William son of Ranulph etc
