Grant by John, Earl of Moreton [Mortain - later King John] to Welbeck Abbey of all gifts etc made to the abbey by Henry II, his father, with confirmation of Richard de Winerton's gift of all the vill of Ducmanton [Duckmanton] [see D1005 Z/E1 p56 f] and the land of Hulecot' [Owlcotes] given to the abbey by John, Constable of Chester.
