TitleAgreement between Nicholas, Abbot of Welbeck, and Hugh de Ducmanton [Duckmanton], son and heir of Hugh de Ducmanton - Hugh grants to the abbey all his lands in Long-landes, 1 acre arable upon Calcker which Geoffrey de Eudale once held, lying between the lands of the abbey on both sides, 1 acre arable in the east field of Ducmanton, by the Brodmedu to the south, and 3 roods arable in the north field bulking on the croft of Bate son of Wysh - Hugh also to grant a toft and croft with messuage, erected at Northorp in Ducmanton, lying between the messuages of Alan Lefoday and Walter the miller, in exchange for all the land which the abbey has in Wolmercrofte and a toft, croft and messuage which Ralf son of Henry once held of the abbey, subject to a rent of 1/2 d a year for Wolmercroft.
