Title
Quitclaim by Johanna, widow of Geoffrey de Eudale, to Geoffrey, son and heir of Geoffrey, her husband and to Welbeck Abbey of all her title etc by reason of dower, to all lands, rents, mills, services etc which the abbey or its tenants hold, of the fee of Geoffrey her husband in Ducmanton [Duckmanton] (except the lands which Hugh son of Alan holds) - in consideration of which Geoffrey is to pay her 1/2 m a year and the abbey is to pay her 221/2 d a year for life. Witnesses; Robert de Wynerton, Hugh son of Alan de Ducmanton, Robert de Heuit, Hugh de Holebec etc
