Quitclaim by Agnes, daughter of Geoffrey de Eudale of Ducmanton [Duckmanton], and widow of Thomas Chacshors [?Chaworth] of Staveley Wodthorpe to Welbeck Abbey, of all her title to 3 acres arable in le Longelandes in Ducmanton, and 2s rent which William Franceys paid to Geoffrey, her father, which rent Geoffrey gave to her and Thomas upon the marriage. Witnesses; Geoffrey de Beaton, bailiff of Scarnesdale [Scarsdale], Hugh de Ducmanton etc
