Title	Lease by Peter son of William de Pecco [Peak] to Welbeck Abbey of a fifth part of the mill of Duckmanton, which he had of the in-heritance of Matilda, daughter of Henry de Ducmanton, his wife, at an annual rent of 4s - all the men of his fee owe suit to the mill and, so long as he and his family reside in Ducmanton, they are to grind the corn from 4 bovates at the mill free of charge. Witnesses: Walter de Eincur', clerk, Alan de Brimington, Geoffrey de Euwedall, etc
