Title
Lease by Peter son of William de Pecco [Peak] and Matilda, daughter of Henry de Duckmanton, his wife, to Welbeck Abbey, of a fifth part of the mill of Ducmanton, of the inheritance of Matilda, at an annual rent of 4s - all the men of his fee will owe suit to the mill and while he and his family reside in Ducmanton, they will grind the corn from 4 bovates at the mill free from dues
