Title
Quitclaim by Hawise "Stanagena" daughter of Robert Torchard of Duckmanton, to Welbeck Abbey, of all her title etc to the mill of Duckmanton, to all the land which Richard Semblant held and to 1a land which Robert de Nutehall, her late husband, gave to the abbey, with the woods of the vill and all other things which her ancestors held there, except 4 bovates, of which she holds 2 and her daughter Helewise holds 2, with common in the woods pertaining to the said bovates. Witneses: Master Hugh, vicar of Duckmanton, Alan de Brimington, Geoffrey de Ewedall, Richard son of Henry, Laurence son of Robert, Mathew his brother, Robert, brother of Hawise, Roger the clerk.
