Title
Grant by William Briwerr of freedom from suit of hunded court in Scardedall [Scarsdale] and of 10s. 8d rent of aid which they pay, of all pleas except murder and theft, not even the suit of their free-men and frankpledge, and also that they, their freemen and villeins shall be free of toll in the market and fair of Cestrefeld unless they are mechants and transact business.
