Covenant for indenture dated 30 Aug 1806 between Hugh Wood, Robert Wood and Reverend John Wood. Reciting indenture dated 29 Sep 1869 between Tonman Mosley, the Butterley Company and John Martin, relating to afarmhouse and several parcels of land at Hartshay and Ripley and indenture dated 23 Sep 1870 between Hugh Wood and Tonman Mosley, relating to a farmhouse and several closes of land called Morley Park in the parish of Morley
