Description	Indenture between (1) Francis Berisford Wright of Aldercar Hall, Fitzherbert Wright of the Hayes, Swanwick, and William Jessop of Butterley Hall, to (2) Charles Seely Junior, esquire, of Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, Nottinghamshire. Lease for a term of 21 years, to be completed from 25 December, at rent of £32 per annum, for the messuage or dwelling house of Birchwood Cottage and three acres of land, some of which lies on a public highway and the Pinxton Colliery Tramway, in the parish of Pinxton.
