Description
Between (1) James Stephen Lushington of Bendish House, Bottisham, Cambridgeshire, clerk, only brother and executor of William Lushington, late of Doncaster, Yorkshire, esquire, deceased, who was executor of John Gisborn the elder, late of Derby, esquire, deceased, (2) Joseph Woolley the elder of Ripley, yeoman, and (3) Daniel Woolley of Hartsay, yeoman. In consideration of £500, to secure the principal sum and 3% interest, reciting mortgage of 24 Jun 1757.
