Description
Assignment of a term of 500 years in trust to attend the inheritance between (1) Elizabeth Sidney Griffith, Henrietta Griffith and Anna Maria Griffith of Barnborough Hall, Yorkshire, spinsters, three daughters named in the will of Henrietta Griffith, late of Barnborough Hall, widow, deceased, (2) Fletcher Bullivant of late of Swadlincote, parish of Church Gresley, but then of Stanton House, parish of Newhall, gentleman and (3) William Jeffrey Lockett of Derby, gentleman. In consideration of £1,200 in discharge of principal money and interest. Reciting mortgage of 10 Dec 1792.
