In consideration of £1270. Parchment; 2 applied seals, with signatures of David Wheatcroft and Wm Geo Cursham. With attached in the top left corner the burial certificate of John Elliot of Kilburne in the parish of Horsley in 1857, dated 7 Oct 1861
