Description
Indenture between (1) William Albin of Halam, county of Nottingham, yeoman, and Dorothy his wife, only daughter and heir of John Revell, deceased, by his wife Mary also deceased, one of the three daughters of of Samuel Ryley, deceased, by Mary his wife, also deceased, and (2) John Trowell of Long Eaton, gentleman.
Reciting mortgage of 5 Feb 1747, premises further described.
In consideration of £900, to secure principal and interest.
With covenant to levy two final concords and to surrender a copyhold estate
Parchment, 2 sheets; 2 applied seals at bottom, with signature of William Albin and mark of Dorothy Albin.
