Description
Newton being of Ripley, gentleman, only son and heir of John Newton late of Ripley, yeoman, deceased, with Owtram being of Pratt Hall, parish of Brampton, yeoman.
For the payment of £300 and 4¼ interest on 13 January next ond performance of covenants of quadripartite indenture of release of 13 Jan 1759.
