Description
The Woolleys convey to the Butterley Company land (7 acres 1 rood 24 perches) formerly part of Coppice Farm, at Waingroves, parish of Ripley in exhcange for closes of land (8 acres 34 perches) on High Street and Queen Street, including correspondence on the tenant of Coppice Farm, William H. Hill, receiving compensation for crops on land exchanged. Including copy of deed of exchange, 12 May 1920, plan of Coppice and Whiteley Frams, Ripley, 13 Feb 1919, and loose valuation of tenantright on 2 fields belonging to Coppice Farm, 25 March 1921
