Includes terms and plans relating to the exchange and purchase at land at Newstead from the New Hucknall Colliery Company Ltd and the surrender of 21 acres in Fulwood. Mention is also made to the Fulwood & Stanton Charity coal and the New Hucknall Compant wishing to sublet to the South Normanton Colliery Company. Coloured plan showing property belonging to the Butterley Coal & Iron Company, Dec 1915, scale 1:2500, 45cm x 33cm. Copy of coloured plan showing the Newstead Colliery Compant Ltd's proposed exchange with the Butterley Company Ltd, March 1916, scale 6 inches to 1 mile, with duplicate. Plan showing copyhold and freehold mines at Fulwood and Sutton-in-Ashfield belonging to the New Hucknall Colliery Company Ltd, Aug 1916, scale 1:2500, 91cm x 80cm, duplicate has attached letter detailing the boundaries for surrender.
