Arranged alphabetically by initial letter of surname. Columns for "mottie" number, name in full, date of birth, date set on, date left, and remarks. "Mottie" numbers identified at front as being 1-30 for Kilburn underground, 31-50 for Low Main underground, 51-589 for Kilburn underground, 590-1000 for Low Main Underground, and 1001 and over for surface. Several of the early entries are undated for date set on.
