Administrative HistoryThese deeds appear to relate to the site that ultimately became Snowdrop Cottage, Inns Lane, South Wingfield, DE55 7NU. The individual deeds primarily relate to parcels of land alloted under the Crich and South Wingfield enclosure act of 1788. The parcels had been brought together by Samuel Grundy and by the time of the tithe map in 1845 are being rated as just two separate plots. By the time of the 1910 Finance Act maps, there is just one single plot.
Custodial HistoryThis record were donated to Derbyshire Record Office in September 2022 by the great granddaughter of a former owner of the property.
