Description	John Adderley to Richard Bate at Mr Woolly's, Marston upon Dove. Has learnt that Col Serle is not releasing any further moneys on Mr Bate's behalf, "because it was not a positive order", leaving Adderley unable to pay the bill of Mr Lowe which, including payments to other creditors, totals £900. A further £1300 remains to be paid to Mr Lowe, which can remain with Mr Bate until Mr Pole's business is at issue. Requests "absolute order" to Col Serle to pay. 1 Feb 1679/80
