TitleProbate of Elizabeth Sparks of Derby, widow - her 2 messuages in Walker Lane, Derby, to Peter Gill and James Fletcher (her brother), in trust to receive the recent and profits until her son William shall be 21 and then to transfer the same to William - and residue of her estate to Gill and Fletcher in trust to sell and apply the money to the maintenance and education of William and to pay the surplus to him at 21 - if William dies before 21, the messuages devised to Fletcher. (will dated 4 Dec 1807). Proved at Lichfield, 25 Feb
