Land now used as a carriage road, 1a. land, formerly part of Oxspring Close, adjoining the Mesne Lane, with a warehouse upon the said piece of land, which was the property of Childers Charles Radford deceased, who devised all the residue of his real and personal estate to the said Mary Elizabeth Radford, his wife. With plan based on O.S 25 in.
Endorsed with memorandum of easement for Derwent Valley Water Board for laying pipes (with plan), 1909
